The beach access and stunning ocean views were amazing. Unfortunately, the service at the bars was inconsistent and could use improvement.

It was all I expected, I wanted to enjoy the Palominos Island beach. I enjoyed goog food, excellent service? A Spa Day! Excellent! A very relaxing weekend!!

I was charged an additional night without my consent. I claimed it but the charge was immediate and the refund of the claim takes at least 5 days to credit it to my card.

This place is a convenient spot to start exploring around with really friendly staff, especially the waiters. They serve up a ton of delicious food at breakfast. It's a solid choice for a trip. 🌟

some what like taking a family cruise on shore, they drive every expense to your room account and the drinks were very expensive.

I was very impressed with the hotel staff - all very friendly yet extremely professional. It always comes through to you when people enjoy what they are doing! The hotel is beautiful with exquisite landscapes. We were surprised to see that the hotel is really a family resort area and therefore thought it was a little pricey but certainly are happy we were there!

The whole experience was pleasant; nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed the room with a great view of Las Croabas, and my bed was super. - the wonderful breakfast and other services were good. - the authentic restaurant food was good.

Wonderful, big, airy room! Very comfy bed. Huge bathroom. Walk in wardrobe. Beautifully kept grounds and facilities. Really impressive place.

The quality and price of the food - eye wateringly expensive and absolutely terrible. Really lets the place down. Such a shame as everything else is just lovely! If you don't have a car, you can feel a bit stuck. But it is possible to walk along the marina and see some things.

Fairly quiet room plus with a great view of las croabas. Location near marinas where snorkeling and other tours start, a taxi to come immediately and a wooden platform. Nearby Splash Bar - great place to chill out.

The queen room has a great view of the ocean, and it comes equipped with coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator, plus there's a restaurant with a tasty menu.

The rooms are clean and gorgeous. the property's location is gorgeous with private parking. - the casual restaurant is good, serves excellent dishes.
